NHS Health checks are available for those:

• aged 40-74 (no other conditions, every 5 years)
• aged 75 and over (who has not seen a GP in the last year)

Our Nurses will review your Blood pressure, sugar and cholesterol level, height and weight and give lifestyle advice. 

You will receive a letter when you are entitled to this. Please call reception to book. 

If you have symptoms or concerns but have not received a letter, let us know through Accurx and we'll arrange what you need. 

Help with stopping smoking is available from a variety of sources. You can book with our Nurses by calling reception. 

The other option is to see the Self-Referral tab where you can refer to the remote team at Essex Wellbeing Service. 

You will be contacted by the NHS Screening team when your next Smear is due by letter or the NHS App. 

Call reception to book this at a time that suits you. 

If you have symptoms which are concerning you and think you might need a smear, please let us know via Accurx.

Cryotherapy is used to freeze small lesions including warts and moles on Wednesday afternoons. 

Send a photo of your lesion via Accurx and the triage team can book you in for this.
